A man has been charged with allegedly threatening to kill Miley Cyrus on the set of her latest movie “The Last Song,” on the same day another obsessed fan had felony charges of attempted stalking dropped.

US soldier Sean Christian Mathis, 22, is accused of showing up at the Georgia location where Cyrus’ body double was filming a scene for the Disney movie in June. MILEY CYRUS shocked Halloween revellers in Louisville, Kentucky on Saturday night (31Oct09) -after delivering a surprise rock 'n' roll performance at a local bar.

The 16-year-old star was in town to play a concert at the city's Freedom Hall and was still wearing face paint from her trick-or-treat festivities when she took the stage at the Phoenix Hill Tavern Bar at midnight. A video posted on TMZ.com shows Cyrus jamming with fellow revellers dressed up as zombies and glam rockers for her rendition of I Love Rock 'n' Roll. Cyrus reportedly left shortly after the performance.

Miley Cyrus On Taylor Swift And Taylor Lautner: 'Sounds Good To Me'

Miley Cyrus may be friends with both Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner, but that doesn't mean that the teen queen has any idea if the two are really dating. But, if they are, she's really happy for them.

"The Taylors? Oh, I don't know. I'm not into the drama. I have no idea," she told Chicago's B96 morning show during a tour stop earlier this week, where she also talked about her recent departure from Twitter. "But I've known Taylor [Lautner] since I was really young."

Cyrus, who starred in the "Hannah Montana" movie alongside Swift earlier this year, shared that she was once also cast in a flick with Lautner. "When he did '[The Adventures of] Sharkboy and Lavagirl,' it was between me and somebody else, and then I ended up doing 'Hannah Montana,' so I've known him for, like, a really long time," she said, adding that she fully approves of the couple — if they are dating. Filming Sex & The City 2

Miley was seen filming a scene for "Sex & The City 2", at the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York City with Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrall. The movie is set to open May 28th, 2010. When asked about her cameo, Miley checked with her publicist, "Can we talk about that?" She then replied by saying, "Ah, zipped tight." Check out all the PHOTOS HERE

Miley Cyrus has urged fans to take a break from their internet addictions and concentrate on living their lives - just days after she closed her account on Twitter.com.

Upset fans have been pleading with the Hannah Montana star to re-open her account on the social networking site after she shut it down on Wednesday.

But she insists she is happy she made the decision - and hopes some of her devoted following will consider ditching their virtual realities for the real world.

In a message to fans on her official site, Cyrus writes, "It breaks my spirit to hear that some of you feel neglected since I deleted my Twitter. It was a wonderful way to stay connected to you & I really felt like during that time we became very much like friends. I often complain to the ones closest to me that I don't seem to have much of a private life any more and part of that is my fault. How can I whine about my life being too public if I am the one telling the world what I am doing? I never want to quit entertaining - it is my life, my love, and my passion - but I can't have my personal life be other people's entertainment. ... Read More ...

Things appeared to go smoothly Saturday at the Sprint Center’s first full concert experiment with paperless tickets for the Miley Cyrus tour.
