From posing topless for Vanity Fair to indulging in a steamy kiss on-screen, Miley Cyrus appears to be desperate to leave the squeaky-clean Hannah Montana behind.
And judging from these latest pictures, her desire to shake off her fictional alter-ego couldn't be more obvious as she strutted around a Florida hotel yesterday in a teeny bikini while showing off a recently-inked tattoo.
The 17-year-old singer was snapped enjoying a relaxing day with friends at the Fontainebleau Resort on Miami Beach as she lay by the pool having wrapped up her Wonder World world tour the night before.
Over 425,000 children voted in this year's BAFTA Kids' Vote at the EA British Academy Children's Awards. Hannah Montana won both the Film and Television categories. Club Penguin won for Website and Wii Sports Resort came out on top in the Video Game section.

Miley Cyrus has a "High School" crush. Cyrus, 17, admitted that she "really, really liked" Zac Efron, 22, on Sirius XM's The Morning Mash Up! as reported by Us Weekly. "I think Zac Efron is the hottest person in the world. I really, really like him," the Disney star gushed. But Miley doesn't have her sights set on stealing Zac from his girlfriend, Vanessa Hudgens -- his loyalty to his "High School" sweetheart is what makes him so appealing. "Zac could get any girl...and do whatever, and he is so loyal and a really good friend...He's just like super good looking," Miley dishes. Cyrus also proves she doesn't kiss and tell -- when asked about rumors she dated her "The Last Song" co-star Liam Hemsworth, the actress said, "I can neither confirm nor deny."

Miley Cyrus On 'Twilight': 'It's A Cult'

"The Twilight Saga: New Moon" might have opened with huge numbers at the box office and had the biggest November & Friday openings for any movie ever - but teen sensation Miley Cyrus wasn't one of the Twi-hards pledging their allegiance to Team Edward or Team Jacob. In fact, the teen star considers the whole "Twilight" world to be "a cult."
"I think it's like [a] cult... I think it's a cult," Miley told Sirius XM's The Morning Mash Up in an interview that aired on Tuesday. "I think it's bad. I think it's like, just people get too into it."
The "Hannah Montana" star goes on to compare people's obsession with "Twilight" to the public's fascination with models.
"For me, I think it's like when guys look at supermodels and they're like, 'That's the perfect girl,' ... That's what those kind of movies do to us," she continued. "They're like thinking that's what girls should be like and not everyone is going to be Edward, hate to say it." ... Read More ...

Tragedy strikes Miley Cyrus's tour

The driver of a Miley Cyrus tour bus has died and one passenger has been injured after the vehicle veered off the road and flipped over in Virginia. Teen icon Cyrus was not on board the bus when it crashed south of Petersburg in Dinwiddie County, Virginia State Police said in a statement.
